We use these details to review your enquiry and contact you about room hire. Your enquiry is stored in our booking-enquiry service, hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare, and is available to authorised church staff. If a booking goes ahead, the team will enter the relevant details into ChurchSuite. Read our room-hire privacy notice.

For enquiries that do not become bookings, we normally remove personal details within six months of closing the enquiry, unless specific information is needed to resolve a complaint or meet a legal obligation. Confirmed booking and accounting records have separate retention arrangements.
